Each work of this series is a porcelain mask taken off a model and united in a whole piece with her photo. The author offers viewers to see and even to feel all the harmony and purity of the mask without the face, and of the face without the mask. The collection’s idea: people are diverse shells concealing something sacred and beautiful, something that had been granted to them at their birth. The author’s objective is to carefully disclose each individual’s original purity which they came into this world with, and which they always carry inside. No photo digital processing methods (such as Photoshop and so on) were used when creating this series.
